Mary Dillon, B.A., M.S.
For over 20 years, Mary has spent her career building teams, setting a strategic vision, and gaining executive buy-in at startups and companies like Block (fka Square) and Intel. She has rapidly scaled organizations across established corporate environments and nimble startups, designed change management protocols, and developed operational strategies and program management offices — all while prioritizing empathy and trust.
Raised in Nebraska where she developed her hard work ethic, direct nature, and midwestern charm, she received her Bachelor’s of Arts at Creighton University, and her Master’s of Science from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
Mary currently consults with leaders and their organizations in the areas of strategy, business development, executive coaching, hiring strategies and tactics, and operations. She received her certification in executive coaching from the Hudson Institute and maintains a clientele of C-suite leaders, their teams and emerging executives. Mary also serves on the Board of Directors at First Tee - Greater Portland, where she leads committees and directors in operations, program management, and executive leadership.
